Eric Reinholdt is an American Architecture, Author, and YouTube. He is the founder of 30X40 Design Workshop, a residential design studio. He is the author of two books – Architect and Entrepreneur & Unofficial Guide to Houzz and also has an architecture youtube channel with 950k subscribers.

Eric received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University in 1996, graduating with high honors and the Independent Architecture Project Thesis Award.
