Aria consists of two curved glass and steel highrise towers adjoined at the center and was opened on December 16, 2009. The resort’s 61 and 51-story towers contain an AAA five-diamond hotel with 4,004 guest rooms and suites, 16 restaurants, 10 bars and nightclubs, and a casino with 150,000 sq ft of gaming space.

Aria is its incorporation of technology in the exterior and interior design of the hotel, specifically for the reduction of energy consumption. It is the largest hotel in the world to have earned LEED Gold certification.

Luxor Las Vegas is a 30-story hotel and casino situated on the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The hotel is owned and operated by MGM Resorts International and has a 120,000-square-foot (11,000 m2) casino with over 2,000 slot machines and 87 table games.

The casino opened in 1993 and was renovated and expanded several times. The 1998 renovation work modernized the design of the property and raised the hotel’s capacity to 4,407 rooms, including 442 suites. The hotel’s rooms line the interior walls of the main tower, which has a pyramid shape, and other recent 22-story twin ziggurat towers.

It was built for the 1980 Summer Olympics because Moscow lacked enough hotel rooms.

In 2006, it featured 6,118 rooms, making it the largest hotel until The Palazzo took the title, an expansion of The Venetian located on Las Vegas Strip which was officially opened on 1 January 2008. In 2015, First World Hotel regained the title after the opening of a new block. The hotel has received 35.5 million guests since 2006.
